Hey there!

I’m Tim
Dyck

Feeling nervous is a terrible reason to miss out on your next amazing career move!

Having a job that brings you fulfilment can bring you purpose and many wonderful rewards to your life. Sadly, many people can’t get past their interview jitters, and they hold themselves back from doing the work they dream of.

I know what it feels like to finally crack the interview code and confidently pursue the jobs you’d love to do.

I have more than 15 years experience as an interviewer and can help you understand the mindset of the interviewer.

I was certified in the same interviewing techniques used by world class organizations like Walt Disney World. Since then, I’ve been responsible to build teams and conduct hundreds of interviews. I know what differentiates the top candidates from the rest — it might surprise you to find out that it’s not only about their resume!

Helping others get into jobs they love is what I’m passionate about. This is me years ago at Walt Disney World, where I learned the power of having great people doing jobs they’re passionate about.

Using interviewing techniques played a big part in my being recognized as a Recipient of the Bowie Sustainable Leadership Award, awarded annually to the leader who most grows the leadership capacity of the approximately 5000-person Pacific Western Transportation organization.

Being nervous is a terrible reason to miss out on the best work of your life…

Confident job interviews are your secret weapon to building a fulfilling and exciting career.

When you know how to do an interview well, you’ll be able to go after the meaningful and fulfilling work you deserve. Not just once, but every time you see an opportunity to move forward in your work.

I’ll show you how to get past your fears and do your best interview every single time. When you learn the right mindset, understand what the interviewer is really looking for, and have a chance to practice with an experienced guide, your confidence (and career!) will grow.

When I’m not working on building great teams, I spend my time with my wife Naomi and toddler Nevaeh or enjoying our custom-built NBA Jam arcade cabinet. I also love to design board games as a side project.

Why wait?

Why wait? When you know how to get past those interview jitters, you can find the most rewarding work of your life.

If I can help you step into the next great job of your life, I’d be honoured to chat with you about it. Reach out and book a call to connect and see how I can help.
